Following the success of The Bristol, developers are set to unveil The Berkeley, a sophisticated 25-story condominium tower in West Palm Beach. Designed to offer high-quality residences at a more accessible price point, The Berkeley will rise on Clear Lake, providing stunning water views and a family-oriented living experience.
Spearheaded by Allan Adelson, co-developer of The Bristol, The Berkeley aims to replicate the luxurious feel of its predecessor while catering to a broader market. With 191 units ranging from two to four bedrooms, the development strategically excludes smaller studios and one-bedrooms, focusing instead on professional families, particularly those in the city’s growing financial sector.
Projected to cost around $500 million, The Berkeley will feature upscale amenities, including dual-sided balconies, a white marble lobby, and a distinctive “B” pattern on its wavy exterior, reflecting its connection to The Bristol. Units are priced between $1.7 million and $4 million, offering a more affordable luxury option compared to Bristol’s average unit price of $10 million.
Berkeley’s location at 601 and 621 Clearwater Park Road offers easy access to major thoroughfares and downtown West Palm Beach, bypassing central congestion while maintaining convenience. The development team includes notable investors like Rocco A. Marcello and high-profile residents from The Bristol, indicating strong local backing.
With preconstruction sales already showing promising results, The Berkeley is set to become a vibrant addition to West Palm Beach’s residential community, blending luxury with accessibility for affluent families.
