Located at 17141 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Muse Residences is an ultra luxury 49 story development completed in 2018, featuring just 68 oceanfront residences. Developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development, Muse showcases the architectural brilliance of Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors by Antrobus + Ramirez. Each condo spans the width of the building, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the city skyline. At 649 feet, Muse was the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach from its completion in 2018 until 2022, and it remains one of the most recognizable silhouettes on the Collins Avenue skyline.

It is a short walk to dining and entertainment along Collins Avenue and a short drive from Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops to the south and both Miami and Fort Lauderdale international airports.
The team behind Muse had a track record before this tower rose. Property Markets Group is the developer behind the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami and the E11EVEN Residences in downtown Miami. Carlos Ott, who shaped the concept design, is the architect of Jade Ocean on this same stretch of Collins Avenue, while Sieger Suarez, the architect of record, is the firm behind Porsche Design Tower just up the beach.
