Buyers comparing bayfront icons often weigh Paramount Bay against Quantum on the Bay’s twin towers to the south, with similar vintage, similar water, and very different personalities.

\nYes. Kravitz Design, the interiors studio the musician founded in 2003, was hired to redesign the spa, fitness center, lobby, driveway, and pool and outdoor areas, layering its signature soulful, textured style over Arquitectonica’s glass architecture.
They do. Every residence opens through a private elevator foyer, a rarity at this price point, and ceilings run ten feet high, amplifying the floor-to-ceiling glass and eight-foot-deep terraces facing Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic.
