Beach Club III is the final tower of the Related Group's landmark Beach Club trio on Hallandale Beach: 44 stories at 1800 S Ocean Dr, completed in 2007, rising directly on the Atlantic. Designed by Sieger Suarez — with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg — Tower III completed a trilogy of roughly 1,250 residences sharing one of South Florida's great amenity programs. Condos for sale at Beach Club III range from one to three bedrooms with wraparound balconies; rentals operate on six-month minimums for seasonal luxury tenants. With a 50,000-square-foot oceanfront spa and fitness club, five pools, and a full-service restaurant and bar, Beach Club III is less a building than a private resort with an address.
All three were developed by the Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez as a trio: Tower I at 1850 S Ocean Dr (2005, 44 floors, ~384 units — see Beach Club I); Beach Club Tower 2 at 1830 S Ocean Dr (2006, ~50 stories, ~483 units); and Tower III at 1800 S Ocean Dr (2007, 44 floors, ~389 units). Amenities are shared across the complex.
The Related Group — South Florida's largest condominium developer, also behind Murano at Portofino and Murano Grande — developed all three towers. Sieger Suarez Architects designed the trio, and Yabu Pushelberg handled interior design. That pedigree is a core part of the complex's enduring prestige and resale strength.
A 50,000-square-foot private club with a two-story fitness center and oceanfront spa, five heated pools, hot tubs, a poolside restaurant and bar with beach service, sauna and steam rooms, 24-hour valet, concierge, and security, plus direct private beach access.
The building allows rentals on a six-month minimum — long enough to keep the community residential, flexible enough for seasonal luxury tenants. Both furnished and unfurnished, seasonal and annual leases appear in the market. Confirm current minimums and approval requirements with the association.
One- to three-bedroom residences run roughly 1,086 to 2,078 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling glass and large balconies. Exposures capture the Atlantic, the Intracoastal, and both city skylines — upper floors deliver all four in one panorama.
As the newest tower, III offers the most contemporary unit mix, and its 44-story scale feels more intimate than Tower II's 50. Many Beach Club III buyers simply pick the best available unit across all three towers — tour the whole complex, not just one.
When the Related Group broke ground on the third Beach Club tower with 88% of units presold, it confirmed oceanfront Hallandale could support true luxury at scale. Completed in 2007, Beach Club III shares one 50,000-square-foot club and a stretch of private beach with Towers I and II, anchoring the southern end of Hallandale's luxury corridor.
Condos for sale at Beach Club III compete with new luxury construction on lifestyle: the spa and fitness club rival standalone resorts, and the beach service — chairs, umbrellas, food and drink delivered to the sand — is the daily luxury owners cite most. Seasonal tenants get the same program on six-month rental terms, at resale prices below new-construction levels.
