Description

Miami Riverbridge in Downtown Miami

Miami Riverbridge is a newly redeveloped destination in downtown Miami that offers residents and visitors alike a connection to the city’s rich history and bright future. The development’s centerpiece is a 480-foot-long rejuvenated Riverwalk that provides access to the riverfront where Miami was founded. The development includes three new towers showcasing a flagship new Hyatt Regency hotel with 615 rooms, flexible meeting spaces for local community needs and visiting conferences, and over 1,500 new residential apartments.

The development aims to offer a walkable, family-friendly riverfront destination with innovative dining options, regular outdoor events and entertainment, and vital public space. The project is being developed by affiliates of Hyatt, a globally recognized hospitality company with a portfolio of more than 1,150 hotel and all-inclusive properties in 71 countries across six continents, and Gencom, a U.S.-based investment firm that owns, operates, and develops real estate and hospitality around the world.

Designed by the renowned Arquitectonica, the Miami Riverbridge development promises to be a key contributor to the Miami skyline while maintaining a modern aesthetic with an environmentally-sensitive practice. Miami Riverbridge is proud to be a new addition to the city, offering Miamians a welcoming place to live, work, and play.
