Bugatti Residences Brickell Miami FPD for 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Brickell, Miami, on a waterfront site along the Miami River.  The project was publicly revealed on September 15, 2026, and has been presented in published reporting as Bugatti’s first announced branded residential tower in the United States. The proposed FPD Bugatti Residences Brickell Miami site is at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, on a waterfront location along the Miami River. According to project information and published reports, plans call for a 60-story tower with 183 residences, including four signature penthouses. Published descriptions of the site state that it has more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage, with access toward Biscayne Bay. Brandon Haw Architecture has been identified as the project’s architect.   According to the development team, the design is intended to draw from Bugatti’s automotive design language, including the brand’s C-line. Yabu Pushelberg has been named as the interior design studio, with the firm’s work spanning luxury hospitality, residential, and other high-end environments. Rhodium has also been announced as the project’s exclusive global residential operating partner. The proposed residential experience has been described as hospitality-oriented and includes planned white-glove butler service.   These statements describe announced plans and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that any particular service, amenity, or operating arrangement will be available in the future. The Miami project follows Bugatti’s previously announced branded residential development in Dubai, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti.
