The 113,650-square-foot Safra 3050 Aventura topped out in February 2025 with completion expected in 2026, pairing an anodized-aluminum exoskeleton and a 37-foot grand lobby with 386 below-grade parking spaces across three levels.
Safra 3050 Aventura is being developed by 3050 Aventura Owner LLC, an affiliate of Safra National Bank, as the bank's new headquarters, replacing the former three-story bank building demolished on the site in 2021.
Foster + Partners is the design architect, its first dedicated office design in Miami, with ODP Architecture & Design and Turner Construction Company as general contractor.
Two interlocking prisms converge at the second level, creating dramatic double-height spaces at the base and top. Office floors offer generous 11-foot floor-to-ceiling heights with ocean views to the east; the top floor is an executive level with boardrooms, client meeting rooms, and a lounge, crowned by a landscaped roof terrace with bar and dining areas.
386 spaces across three subterranean levels, entirely below grade, preserving the landscaped plaza and streetscape.
The tower topped out in late February 2025 and exterior work is underway, with completion expected sometime in 2026.
The corner site at 3050 Aventura Boulevard places it near Aventura Mall, Turnberry Isle Country Club, and the growing Aventura office cluster that includes Optima Onyx Tower and the proposed Two Turnberry.
Safra 3050 Aventura sets a new design benchmark for the submarket, Foster + Partners' head of studio called it a project that 'sets a new benchmark for high-quality workspace in the city.' It joins a genuine Aventura office cluster alongside Optima Onyx Tower and the proposed Two Turnberry, giving corporate tenants a real alternative to Brickell.
