710 Edge has been redesigned and relaunched as the Name of Villa Miami.
Terra, Major Food Group, and One Thousand Group have come together to build Villa Miami.
710 Edge was proposed to be a 55 stories and 70 residential units tower building that would be located in Edgewater, Miami.
Developed by 710 Edge LLC, owned by Kevin Venger, Michael Konig, Louis Birdman, and Alex Posth, and Designed by ODP Architecture & Design. The building will include 193 parking spaces, 16,000+ sq. ft. of commercial space, a rooftop helipad, and a public baywalk.
Residences planned to be similar to One Thousand Museum, and Units will come in three to five-bedroom floor plans. Full-floor residences will offer 6,174 SF of living space. The first few floors will include the residential lobby, restaurant spaces on floors two and three, a sky lounge facing the waterfront on the fourth floor, and amenities between floors five and eight. The majority of the ultra-luxury residences will begin on the 10th floor.
Formerly known as 710 Edge, the luxurious residential tower has radically transformed and emerged as Villa Miami. Boasting 58 stories overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay, Villa Miami offers an unparalleled living experience with breathtaking 360-degree vistas of Miami’s captivating skyline and waterfront.
The tower’s unique design features a striking copper-hued exoskeleton, standing tall at 650 feet, and houses a select number of 50 units, each offering an entire floor for its privileged residents. Major Food Group’s visionaries have meticulously curated these residences to evoke the ambiance of private villas in the sky.
Chef Mario Carbone, the renowned founder of Carbone restaurants, has personally designed the exquisite kitchens. At the same time, MFG co-founder Jeff Zalaznick has meticulously planned exclusive services and amenities for Villa Miami’s esteemed residents.
Located at the coveted 0.88-acre site along Biscayne Bay on 710 N.E. 29th St., the project was approved for transforming into a 58-story condo in 2022. Under the leadership of Kevin Venger, Louis Birdman, and Michael Konig, 710 Edge LLC acquired the property in the same year, marking the beginning of their new development venture called One Thousand Group. Terra, led by CEO David Martin, joined forces as a co-developer, further elevating the project’s status.
Villa Miami represents the epitome of luxury living in Miami, an exclusive haven of refined elegance and first-class amenities, destined to become an iconic landmark on the city’s skyline.
The Villa Miami is now under construction after receiving approval two years ago. Co-developed by Birdman, Venger, and Konig, the project is registered as 710 Edge, LLC. Birdman and Venger were also involved in the renowned One Thousand Museum by the late Zaha Hadid, which inspired The Villa’s exoskeleton facade design.
Located along the captivating bayfront of Edgewater, Miami. This waterfront condominium tower will boast several remarkable features, including the neighborhood’s first rooftop helipad, a two-story indoor-outdoor wellness space, 13,000 square feet retail space, and 160 parking spaces.
