Wynhouse Miami — recently rebranded as Joule House — is a bold and artistic residential development located in the heart of Wynwood, one of Miami’s most dynamic and creative neighborhoods. This eight-story mixed-use project is being brought to life by Fisher Brothers, a New York-based developer known for blending upscale living with thoughtful, neighborhood-oriented design. The architecture is handled by Nichols Architects, a Florida-based firm with a legacy of sophisticated, modern structures throughout the state.
Fisher Brothers, founded over a century ago, has long been a pillar in the real estate world. Though its roots are in Manhattan, where it helped shape much of the skyline with commercial towers like 299 Park Avenue and Park Avenue Plaza, the firm has in recent years expanded its focus into residential communities with strong branding and identity. Joule House is part of their “House” series — a lifestyle-driven line of developments that includes House 39 in New York and Station House in Washington, D.C., both known for their resort-style amenities and integrated social spaces. With Joule House, Fisher Brothers aims to bring that same elevated energy to Wynwood, while fully embracing the area’s industrial-arts character.
Architecturally, Joule House is designed to feel open, playful, and connected to the local vibe. Nichols Architects, known for standout projects like the W Hotel South Beach and the Waldorf Astoria in Pompano Beach, designed the building with clean lines, expansive windows, and layered textures. Public art is integrated directly into the exterior, creating an inviting streetscape and a distinct visual identity that fits seamlessly into the surrounding galleries, murals, and cafes that define Wynwood.
Inside, the building will house 308 rental residences, including studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and several penthouses. Sizes range from efficient urban layouts to more spacious floorplans nearing 1,400 square feet. Each home will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, modern appliances, and smart home features. Interiors have been curated to feel minimalist yet warm, combining soft tones with industrial materials — a nod to the neighborhood’s creative roots.
Amenities span across three floors and over 23,000 square feet, with everything from coworking spaces and private offices to a yoga garden, rooftop infinity pool, and even a custom Airstream converted into a social lounge. The second-floor deck features outdoor movie nights, BBQ areas, and meditation spaces, while the rooftop offers panoramic views of the city skyline. Residents can also enjoy a game room, demo kitchen, and high-end fitness center.
Wynhouse is more than just a place to live — it’s a lifestyle statement shaped around community, creativity, and comfort. With its strong architectural presence, art-forward design, and an array of modern amenities, it’s set to become a central hub for those who want to experience the spirit of Wynwood from the inside out.
