The twin-tower composition maximizes bay views, and the scale allowed for amenities that smaller buildings cannot fit: multiple pools, a full spa and fitness level, sports courts, and a 547-foot private Baywalk along the water.
Residences range from one to four bedrooms, and the unit mix was planned to serve both end users and investors. That breadth is exactly why the resale and rental markets here stay liquid: there is a floor plan for nearly every buyer profile.
The location puts residents on one of Edgewater's most active bayfront stretches. Neighbors include Quantum on the Bay and a run of established towers along North Bayshore Drive, which means the area's retail, dining, and services are already mature rather than promised.
Downtown Miami, the Arts and Entertainment District, and Wynwood all sit within a few minutes, so the cultural calendar is close. For buyers who want new construction scale without pre-construction waiting, Aria Reserve's 2025 delivery makes it the turnkey answer in Edgewater.
